How We Keep Your Privacy Strong

Encryption Standard

All logins and payment flows use 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard banks use. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text on our servers.

Payment Data Isolation

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are stored in a separate vault from your game history. Our payment processors handle card tokenisation; we never see your full payment credentials.

Session Control

You can view every active login session in Settings and log out remotely from any device. Sessions auto-expire after 30 days of inactivity or when you manually sign out.

Data Retention

Game activity logs are kept for 12 months. Transaction records stay on file for seven years where local law permits, then deleted unless you request earlier removal.

Third-Party Access

We share data only with payment processors (for deposits and withdrawals), game studios (anonymised gameplay stats) and law enforcement when required by legal process.

Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data, update personal details, or ask for account deletion. We respond within 14 days with your full export in standard format.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data and click 'Download My Data'. We'll email you a complete export within 24 hours: your profile, login history, game sessions and all transactions. You can also email [email protected] to request it by email.

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transaction records are stored for seven years where local law permits, for tax and audit purposes. Your actual payment credentials (card numbers, wallet IDs) are deleted immediately after withdrawal is confirmed.

Your individual game sessions and account details stay private. We share anonymised gameplay statistics with our game studios (for example, which game types are popular), but never your name, account ID or personal login data.
